How to use

How to use: Infuse 1 filter in 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml) and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes (preferably covered). We recommend 1-2 filters per day, preferably in the evening before bed. 1 Filter x 1 cup Infuse for 5 minutes Also excellent served cold!
